What we are looking for:

• You should be driven by a passion for the changing landscape within People & Culture (HR) and Business Transformations, and the advances in people analytics and HR tech should be integral to the solutions you are currently providing.
• You are an inspirational leader, someone who can mentor colleagues, someone who has the seniority to guide our client’s leadership teams and lead consultants in People & Culture transformation projects.
• You have a management consulting background, coupled with superb business development skills backed by a strong network and marketplace reputation.
• You bring approximately 10+ years of experience from a top-tier management consulting firm.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English to effectively communicate and collaborate.

• You hold a master’s degree in a relevant field.
